Tips for getting to the office
If you use GPS or Google Maps, type in “Solar Hill Brattleboro”.
Easy to get to, a stone’s throw from the I-91 Freeway, at the juncture of the Tri-State Area – VT (Brattleboro), NH (Keene), MA (Greenfield).
Specifics
If you are heading east on Rte 9/Western Ave towards downtown Brattleboro from the I-91 Freeway intersection (Exit 2), take a left on the third road that you come to (it’s a dirt road), right before the hair salon.
If you are coming from downtown Brattleboro on Western Ave/Rte 9 and heading west to the freeway, take a right after the hair salon (it used to be Sonny’s Filling Station!), just a few streets before you get to the freeway.
Look for a sign near the road that says “Solar Hill.” You’ll also see an array of solar panels on a hill rising away from the sidewalk, to the left of the sign, and in warmer weather you might see goats munching on the grass or hanging out in the shade of the solar panels.
Go up the dirt road, follow it to the end where it will start to curve around and head back, and you’ll see the old sage green Victorian. Park anywhere.
